If you are struggling to find that last minute gift for a friend or family members, how about the Lord’s Prayer poster?  The poster was created in 2009 by Brian Hadley, a local business man and board member of Samaritan House.  He wrote the Lord’s Prayer out on individual pieces of cardboard and then photographed homeless people holding the cards.  The resulting collage of images reminds us that each homeless person is an individual worthy of consideration and respect.

Brian’s poster inspired similar efforts in other cities as described in a Charlotte Observer article earlier this year.  One man’s good idea ends up helping hundreds of people.
