Guest Visitation Policy

 AT THIS TIME DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 ISSUES

SAMARITAN HOUSE IS UNDER A STRICT "NO CONTACT"

POLICY AND AS SUCH THERE WILL BE NO IN PERSON

VISITATION UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.


If you would like to set up "virtual" visit with a current guest

please contact  us directly for details.


The following is the Samaritan House Guest Visitation Policy:

Please understand that the safety and security of our guests, staff, visitors and volunteers is our priority and as such we strive to maintain a safe and quiet atmosphere for our guests while they recuperate. We ask that all visitors please adhere to our visitation policy at all times while visiting our facility. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact a staff member on-site and we will be happy to assist in any way we can.


If necessary, you may contact Samaritan House Executive Director Rodney Tucker for any questions or concerns.


Monday thru Sunday (7 Days)

9:30am - 12:00pm

-or-

2:00pm - 5:00pm


Because we generally have volunteer groups on holidays, there will be no visits on holidays

(Christmas, New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day and Labor Day)


Visits must be scheduled at lease 24 hours in advance via phone


There is a limit of 3 persons per visit


Youth groups and church groups frequently come and spend time with our guests, on days that Samaritan House has volunteer groups scheduled, there will be no visits scheduled while the group is visiting Samaritan House


Guest and visitor safety is a priority with our facility. As such, all visits will take place in authorized areas only. A staff member will direct you to an authorized place.


Visits may take place outside in the gazebo area and patio area. Guests are not allowed to visit while sitting in vehicles or in the parking lot area.


Children are allowed to visit. We ask that they remain under the care and direct supervision of an adult at all times.


We ask that all conversation be kept at an appropriate level.


If a staff member deems a visit is becoming a disturbance to our facility and/or others around the facility, they may request that the visit end.


Please do not bring food or meals to a visit with a guest.


Samaritan House reserves the right to ask for valid identification for visitors and also reserves the right to ask any person(s) to leave the property at any time.
